Sign up now for weekly classes! Each half-day (9:30 - 11:45 am) class meets for 4 weeks on Wednesdays. Send an email to reserve your place in upcoming classes. $137 per person for 4 classes.
I can add a class or a workshop just for you and your friends! Up to 10 people in my studio, or up to 25 people in an accommodating venue. Workshop organizers attend free of charge -- ask me for details about how you can book a workshop or class!

Jan - March, - Weekly Watercolor Classes at the Community Arts Center, Wallingford, Pennsylvania. This class is for artists who want to excel at watercolor painting and learn more about color theory, compositional choices, manipulating values, proper uses of materials and supplies, and mastering the mediums used to create extraordinary paintings. April 9, - Paper Making Workshop presented by the International Society of Professional Artists. Learn how to make your own papers, using recycled materials, cotton rag lint, and organic materials. Learn how to create textures, add sizing, dyes, and methods of dying and pressing papers. Learn to create ornamental papers and traditional papers for art surfaces! 9:30 - 2pm in our Kennett Square studio, lunch included. $74 per person, includes materials. SOLD OUT

Nov 13 - 17, - Art of the Carolinas, Trade Show and Art Expo, Raleigh, NC. I'm teaching workshops in both watercolor and acrylic painting, sponsored by Grumbacher. In between workshops I'll be on the trade show floor demonstrating for the Chartpak company using Grumbacher, Higgens, Kor-i-noor, Indigo, and other brands of fine art materials in my role as a Chartpak Brand Ambassador. Mar 21 - 22, -- Watercolor Workshop at Workshops in Charleston, SC. Returning for a 3rd year, I'll be teaching landscape painting and adding figures to landscapes. Learn how to mix a variety of greens and use other colors in your landscapes, and how to draw and paint figures into the landscape to add visual interest and bring your paintings to life!
June 10 - 19, -- Painting Workshop in Brittany, France! With Provence Art Experience and Sennelier! Because we are limited to a small number of people in this group, we are only able to accommodate artists in this workshop. We are not able to offer discounts to non-artists wishing to join us on this trip. We will be painting the area of the Cote d'Emeraude, the northeast coast of Bretagne. We have an exclusive, once in a lifetime invitation to visit the Sennelier factory, and the Raphael and Leonard brush factories in Saint Brieuc with Yves-Marie Salanson, Director of Sennelier, and to try out the artist materials! We will also be the featured guests of Sennelier at the annual Dinard Plein Air Festival. This trip is already starting to sell out fast, so get your deposits in! More info here!
